The 1st floor is a Health Professional's office,which is my office(which will be moving in the future and includes 9 rooms and 1 bathroom) but I am willing to stay for a negotiated period of time to quarantee the new buyer at least an initial 1st floor renter and the 2nd floor is an apartment which has 7 rooms, 1 1/2 baths and washer and drier hook ups and is in great condition,and is currently unoccupied. The property has a drilled well for water and city sewer. There is a parking lot behind the property which can fit approximately 8 cars and a car port on one side of the property for the 2nd floor occupant.
