What a charmer. Our house is a complete labor of love. We purchased it 5 years ago. It was totally 1964, but the year was 2001. We have worked tirelessly to update and bring it to the 21 st century. We have update the kitchen with new flooring, windows, lighting, garbage disposal. The heating has been updated to forced oil, withac. We have put almost all new windows in the house. We have added to the already beautiful hardwood floors with ceramic tile and laminate flooring. The mater bathroom is newly remodeled. It boasts an old, but reglazed tub. We have put in the "look" with the D ring and the hand-held shower unit{period correct}. It has ceramic floor, new lights, new toilet and new pedistool sink. It is awesome to bath in!! The upstairs has 2 super large bedrooms with hardwood floors. It also has a bathroom with shower. It is also updated. The main floor has a den, with a fireplace, masterbedroom, kitchen, dining room, a wonderful sun room. The yard has been completed with a beautiful white vinyl fence. I have been working on the landscaping for 5 years and it is beautiful year round with many gardens. It needs a family. It is a wonderful house that has charm and character.
